It’s been a very busy Spring. Alongside recent shows opening at the Royal Court and National Theatre of Scotland, The Beautiful Cosmos of Ivor Cutler was remounted for it’s English premiere at the Brighton Festival in May.
Building up to the general election in April, I also worked on Your Country Called (and it wants you back) directed by Louie Ingham at the Dukes Theatre. Written by Laurence Wilson and Eddie Robson and using interviews with international students from Lancaster university, the show tackled the immigration, migration and the disillusionment of first time voters in a incredibly powerful theatrical display. A true pleasure to have worked with those young people on such important and timely subject matter over the production.
